    High-power charging station

    You can charge your BMW i4 Gran Coupé particularly quickly at a high-power charging station (e.g. such as those in the IONITY network). The direct current (DC) provided at these stations offers significantly higher charging capacities than with alternating current (AC), such as that supplied by a domestic socket. This is why high-power charging stations such as these are especially suitable for charging when travelling. In the display, you can see the minimum time needed to charge from 10 to 80% of the battery charge level with maximum vehicle charging capacity. Within this range, charging is fastest and also preserves the battery. A look at the map shows you all the high-power charging stations within the BMW Charging network.     Fast charging station

    If you need to act quickly in the city or while travelling, a fast charging station is just the right choice. This is because the direct current (DC) provided at these stations offers higher charging capacities than with alternating current (AC), such as that supplied by a domestic socket. This is why fast charging stations such as these are especially suitable for charging when you are travelling. In the display, you can see the minimum time needed to charge from 10 to 80% of the battery charge level with up to 50 kW output.     AC charging station

    You will find public charging station with alternating current (AC) almost everywhere. They are especially suitable for regular charging over longer periods – overnight, for example, or while you are at work. The diagram shows the minimum time to charge the battery from 0-100% with a maximum power of 11 kW. Take a look at the map, and discover all the AC charging stations in the BMW Charging Network.     Home Charging (10-100$ SoC)

    Wallbox / Flexible Fast Charger

    At home, you can conveniently charge your BMW i4 Gran Coupé with a Wallbox or the Flexible Charger (Mode 2). They both use alternating current (AC). The Wallbox provides a maximum charging power of 22 kW, depending on the vehicle, optional equipment and market, and the Flexible Charger (Mode 2) provides a maximum of 11 kW. The diagram gives the minimum time to charge the battery from 0-100% with 11 kW of power.

    Domestic socket

    Charge your vehicle conveniently at any time from a socket at home. This uses alternating current (AC). In the display, you will see the minimum time for charging from 0-100% battery charge level with an output of 2.3 kW. Use a BMW Wallbox to charge your vehicle at home quickly, safely and conveniently whenever you wish.

    Filter charging stations

    Charging power depends on the state of charge, ambient temperature, individual driving profile, the use of auxiliary consumers, and the chosen vehicle. The charging times apply to ambient temperatures of 23° C following previous driving, and may differ depending on usage behaviour. The figures shown represent suggested figures for the basic configuration of the selected model. These figures may differ for vehicles with a different equipment specification.
