M Performance mechanical limited slip differential at the rear axle

The BMW M Performance differential lock on the rear axle for improved traction provides the wheel with better grip and more torque, minimising slippage on the rear axle. This results in more stable cornering, optimal traction and more dynamic driving characteristics.

For BMW M135i, M140i, M235i and M240i, not for models with xDrive.
